Close to everything Charleston has to offer - the marsh, the ocean, Avondale food and nightlife scene, the Angel Oak Tree, King Street and downtown, Folly Beach, James Island, West Ashley shopping- yet the property's Ocean Pine trees make it feel like a retreat.

This is a ranch style home with an additional 750 square-foot bedroom with en-suite bathroom constructed in 2016, as well as a 500+square foot screened-in porch.

Avondale is a lively yet relaxed, family-friendly and walkable neighborhood known for its colorful murals, nightlife and food scene of its own. At the same time, Avondale is just over the bridge from all that downtown Charleston has to offer.

The neighborhood is walkable and bikable to coffee shops, shopping, restaurants and more.

10 minutes or less to downtown, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Sullivan's Island Beach.
